Where do you explore the most?

I spend most of my time exploring a beautiful mix of Dartmoor and the South Devon coastline. Dartmoor’s rugged tors and expansive moorlands offer a sense of wild freedom, while the South Coast provides stunning sea views, hidden coves, and peaceful coastal paths. Together, they give me the perfect balance of dramatic landscapes and tranquil seascapes. 

What is your favourite outdoor activity?

My favourite outdoor activities are hiking and wild swimming. There’s something incredibly grounding about walking through nature, feeling the terrain beneath your feet, and discovering new paths. Wild swimming, on the other hand, brings a sense of exhilaration and peace - being immersed in natural waters is both refreshing and deeply calming.

What inspires you to protect the environment?

Nature has been a profound source of healing for me, especially during some of the most difficult periods in my life. It has offered me solace, clarity, and a sense of connection that words can hardly capture. Because of this deep bond, I feel a strong responsibility to protect and preserve the natural world. It’s not just about conservation - it’s about giving back to something that has given me so much.
